If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Any returns will need to retain all packaging, be unused and in original condition. Return shipping will need to be organised and paid for by the customer via registered mail.

Upon return, the goods will be inspected and if found faulty, a refund will be made within 14 days of the item being received by us.
We do not refund due to change of mind or incorrect choice. Please ensure that you read item descriptions carefully before purchase.
If your order is late or missing, you will need to raise a customer query with Auspost using your tracking details. A refund or replacement will only be issued once Auspost confirm that your items cannot be found.
