If you are not entirely happy with your purchase or your item is damaged/faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We do not refund due to change of mind or incorrect choice. Please ensure that you read the item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your order is late or missing, you will need to raise a customer query with Auspost using your tracking details emailed to you. A refund or replacement will only be issued once Auspost confirms that your parcel cannot be found.
